Event Recap

Our 2025 Surgical Techniques & Career Development event was a resounding success! Held on May 10, this hands-on educational experience brought together neurosurgery residents, medical students, advanced practitioners, faculty, and industry partners for a full day of learning, skill-building, and collaboration.

We had a strong turnout, and the brief, high-yield lectures set the stage for an outstanding cadaver lab experience. Participants rotated through lab stations focused on Tumors, Spine, Trauma, Endovascular, and Endoscopic procedures—each offering a valuable opportunity to apply surgical techniques in a guided, real-world setting.

We’d like to give a special thank you to Joe, Vanessa, and the entire team at the Henry Ford Health – Providence VESIC Lab for their incredible support and seamless coordination in organizing the lab experience. Their efforts played a major role in the success of this event.

We’re also deeply grateful to our vendor partners—not only for exhibiting but for stepping in at lab stations and providing hands-on assistance, tools, and guidance throughout the day. Your contributions helped elevate the learning experience for all attendees.
