ATTENDEES: Registration for our Surgical Techniques & Career Development event is always FREE for neurosurgery residents, advanced practice providers (APPs), medical students, surgeon members, and faculty.
Registration for the 2027 event will open later this year.
VENDORS: We are currently seeking industry partners interested in participating in this unique educational hands-on surgical training experience. Specifically, vendors who can provide hands-on surgical training opportunities, advanced technologies, instrumentation, imaging, navigation systems, microscopes, and procedural education for neurosurgery residents and attendees.
In addition to our cadaver lab stations inside the facility, we are also exploring opportunities to expand the experience outdoors by partnering with vendors who have mobile labs, training trailers, or mobile surgical education units that can extend hands-on learning into the parking lot and surrounding event space.
Due to limited space and logistical considerations, we anticipate selecting approximately 8–12 vendor partners to participate in the 2027 event.

You’re invited to join us for our 2027 Surgical Techniques & Career Development event featuring an expanded hands-on learning experience, innovative neurosurgical technologies, and direct interaction with leading faculty and industry partners.
This unique educational event brings together residents, medical students, APPs, faculty, and neurosurgeons for a day focused on collaboration, skill development, and hands-on surgical training in our cadaver lab. Attendees will have the opportunity to practice procedures on cadavers while learning the latest techniques and technologies from experts in the field.

To be considered for 2027 participation, please complete and submit the vendor interest request form with as much detail as possible. If your company has a mobile lab, training trailer, or mobile surgical education unit, please include details regarding its capabilities and space requirements.
